My pup liked this toy from the moment we got it out of the box. She was super excited, maybe something to do with the colors or shape. We waited a couple days before turning it on so pup wouldn't be scared of it.She was hesitant at first, but then she liked to chase it and have us play with her and the new toy.The sound is a little off, like the barking is too high pitched or something but the pup doesn't care.The toy is soft on the outside but the ball inside that moves and makes noise is hard so makes the toy a bit heavier. My dog is only 6 lbs so she struggles carrying it up steps.I think it's a fun and cute toy.It's easy to turn on and off, when on the toy will move and bark on contact, but if left alone it stops and stays quiet.The quality seems really good, instructions were clear. It came with extra batteries and a little screwdriver to open it.

So it appeared to be a very cute little looking toy for my dog. Its ease of use is cool because no hassling difficult screws to remove. Wish it had been rechargeable rather than battery operated.after getting the tab out of the battery I put it back Inside and when it was being used the dog loved it ,the vibrations and movement was super awesome. He really loved it. My one complaint is the absolute ear gnawing sound that it makes,of course my pup dont care as I'm sure the fact it makes noise at all is what he cares about,noise and movement is what he loves. But my ears were like omg what is this supposed to be. Sounds like a screeching group of barking dogs at high pitch type and towards the end as sad as it sounds it actually sounds like a high pitch dog who is hurt and dying. It is the worst sound I have heard in a long while.when he plays obviously again he dont care and I'm aware dogs react more to higher pitched sounds than normal tone. For example you talk to a dog with a higher pitch happy tone or high pitch excited tone it's that high pitch they react to versus a normal tone voice . But this is just wow. God awful. You can create a higher pitch sound without making it sound like an electronically distorted group of barking dying dogs that kind of towards the end goes into a normal single dog crying and elongate this whining howl cry as if he is dying .I'm giving a 4 star because obviously my dog loves to roll around and chase this toy. being it vibrates vigorously and moves and makes this noise sound. So of course he absolutely loves it and it is a super cute looking toy. But when the noise goes off I was outside with neighbors and my family and in the moment we were all talking and all of a sudden this sound echoed around the yard and everyone looked like what in the name is that noise.. oh just my dogs toy..hahahaha it got a bit to much for some to constantly listen too and it doesnt have a volume lowering button so what you get is what you get. Although it's my dogs house too so I wont take his toy away ..however I did need to shut it off for a small period to give the human ears a break..thankfully I tune out these type things.at the end of the day I feel if it's meant for a dog,then how the dog Interacts with the item and if he loves the item is what counts.

From the age of 3 months, my dog has had some version of this type of toy. He is now almost six years old. Generally, these don't last long for my dog, a golden yorkie. He shakes them vigorously, drops them, tosses them around, chews on them. He absolutely loves them! I've purchased more than several in various styles, over the years to have them last an average of 3 months, fully operational.

I was surprised by and extremely pleased at the quality of this product upon opening the box. ( By the way, my dog was nearby, immediately recognized it as a play toy and began prancing and barking in anticipation. ) I noticed the softness, plushness and firmness of the stuffed cover. It is very well made. The seams and embroidery stitches are solid. OMG! It's as if they actually built this little gadget to last! Is it that this company actually cares about our furry friends' enjoyment of its products? !

I opened the cover and removed the plastic ball which, fortunately, was preloaded with batteries. All I had to do was pull the plastic tab to activate them. The Velcro enclosure is also well sewn, is easy to close and takes a bit of pull to separate. Great! The moment the toy sounded, my dog went bonkers. I let him have it to his absolute ecstasy. This is perhaps the BEST DOG TOY I've gotten for him. It has the interactivity that he loves AND, it is VERY WELL MADE (such that I would expect it to be sold by higher end stores) and the outer shell is so protective, I am confident that this toy will be around awhile.

What makes this toy super fun for dogs is the noisy hard plastic circular mechanism at its center that jerks about upon activation. Without that, its just a regular stuffed toy. Other toys of this type have much thinner outer shells and are much less plush. The inner ball has a greater opportunity to break which is perhaps what those manufacturers want. It is wonderful to see that this company has put the quality of the product ahead of its hopeful breakage/replacement profit. This is a great product!. I am highly impressed! (P/S. the toy also comes with spare batteries and a small screwdriver.)

This item is very dangerous for dogs and puppies. The ball inside is velcroed shut which is good for changing the battery but dangerous for dogs to pay with. The ball inside/ voice of the toy has parts that can be logged in a dogs throat. This toy lasted less than 8 days for a dog and a puppy to play together. I wpuld not recommend this to my worst enemy...well maybe on second thought, I might. This is an unsafe toy and should be removed from consumer to purchase.

My goldendoodle loves stuffed toys and I thought this would be a fun option for him. It requires 4 AAA batteries, which are included. The batteries are inserted in a plastic ball with a push button to turn it on and off. My pup was so excited to play with this toy. It's moves and bounces around the room and makes squealing noises. After a while, I found the noise to be really really annoying, but my dog loves it and it keeps him entertained so I try not to be too upset by it. He has accidently turned it off when the button got pushed from him playing. I had to maneuver the ball inside so he couldn't press it too easily. As annoying as it can be, it keeps him busy and entertained so it's a win for me!
